While Texas may have jump-started the conversation, it appears other states are also looking at higher education and how taxpayers and students can get a quality education without breaking the state budget or continuing to run up unprecedented student debt (which is expected to hit $1 trillion this year, surpassing all credit card debt in the country.)
The challenge is on and if other states are also looking for innovation in higher education, students, taxpayers and parents could be the benefit!
